Trailing 12 months HFR

HFR 9.3.1
I have a months dimension (set as time) and a years dimension. Basically:

Measures
--Net Margin
----Revenue
----Cost
Months
--Jan
--Etc
--Dec
Years
--FY07
--FY08
--FY09

I am trying to build a report that shows the month selected and the trailing 12 months, but have a problem shifting the year at the correct point.

Basice setup would be
Column Header A--FY08------FY08-----FY08------FY08-----FY09------FY09-----FY09------FY09-----FY09------FY09-----CurrentYear(or user selection)
Column Header B---Sep-------Oct-------Nov-------Dec-------Jan-------Feb-------Mar-------Apr-------May-------Jun-------CurrentMonth(or user selction)
Row 1 Revenue
Row 2 Cost

I can get the 12 months by offset, np, but how do I get the second dimension (Year) to shift when it is Dec?
