TPC-E benchmark schema into Oracle

Hi,

how can I GENERATE TPC-E (OLTP) schema into my Oracle database 11g.

on the website of tpc, there is a software package to facilitate the implementation of tpc-e. I've download this EGEN v1.8.0 but it's confusing for me.

I'm not able to find any exe file or any method through which I can generate it into my local database. They say that tpc-e includes a database generator for database loading. I'm not able to understand where it is or how it works??

can anyone suggest something valuable in this regard.
