TPC-90010: Installation failed. Please review the system log.

Hi Gurus,

I am installing Oracle Team Productivity Center Server 11.1.2.0 on Windows 7 machine. I have JDK 1.6 update 21 installed on the same machine. I am performing the following steps in command prompt:

1. set JAVA_HOME=C:\"Program Files (x86)"\Java\jdk1.6.0_21
It works fine.

2. set PATH=C:\"Program Files (x86)"\Java\jdk1.6.0_21\bin;%PATH%
It works fine.

3. java -jar tpcinstaller.jar from the directory where .jar file is downloaded
It failed with the following error:
TPC-90010: Installation failed. Please review the system log.

I googled the Web, and also searched this forum along with documentation, found no help.

Any one may have encountered this error and know its work around.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
