TORA not working for oracle in FC3

i 've these version
Qt: 3.3.3
KDE: 3.3.0-5 Red Hat
tora: 1.3.14.1
qt-MySQL-3.3.3-8
qt-ODBC-3.3.3-8
qt-PostgreSQL-3.3.3-8
on FC3

but don't find any thing like qt-oracle-3.3.3-8
so i can't connect to oracle database.

I have 10g both in local and remote.
i don't see any thing specific for oracle in the "Connection Provider" combo box.

Please suggest what i am missing.

While connecting using ODBC it says "Unable to connect to database. Driver not loaded"
