tooltiptext / unicode / html

843804Nov 21 2004 — edited Nov 22 2004
I have a string with unicode characters and html tags that I pass as a button shortDescription for tooltip text.

My problem is that tooltiptext seems to ignore the font name. For whatever reason when I pass a font like Arial MS Unicode as part of a style, tooltip text won't interpret some unicode characters; however, when the same text appears in a table cell, the unicode characters work fine as do the other html tags.

Anybody have a clue what is going on ?

Thanks in advance
