Tools/Utilities to capture CPU utilization

Hi All,

I'm working on Solaris 10(Netra210 platform).I'm running some performace test for my application and I'm seeing CPU utlization going high at regular intervals.
I tried to capture CPU consumption for each of my application task and found that all application are consuming less CPU.

Is there any tool/utility where-in I can capture CPU utilization of all processes running on the system with timestamp.
