Tools not installed in Visual Studio 2017 using MSI installer

I installed Oracle Tools using MSI installer on clean Windows 10 machine. Installation was succesfull but the tools are not visible in Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise 15.3 and oradbproj projects are not recognized. Is there any install log I can look into ?
