Tools.jar missing from lib folder in SE Java6v26

Someone should let Oracle know that tools.jar is missing from the lib folder in SE JDK Java 6 v 26. It's there in v24.

What happened? And can we just copy the tools.jar file over from v 24 into v 26 ./lib?
