Tools for managing/monitoring Oracle 11g Standard edition, OEM ?

I have 3 instances of Standard edition I believe. I'm a SQL Server DBA and new to the oracle world. What free GUI tools do I have to manage the databases ?

Things I would like to do are:

  1. View list of databases
  2. Table space sizes
  3. Top 10 queries etc
  4. Reboot events
  5. Error logs
  6. Check if the databases are in FULL or simple recovery mode etc ..

Essentially pretty basic ..

I heard OEM is the tool for such things, is it ? If not what other options I have. I tried downloading OEM for 11g but it says its not available anymore.

When I query for version the oracle instance gives me:

Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production                       

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production                                          

CORE 11.2.0.3.0 Production                                                        

TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production                                  

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production  

Please advise. FYI I will be installing this tool on a Windows desktop.
