Tool to draw "Resource Allocation Graph"?

Hi, thank you for reading this post!

What software can I use to draw a Resource Allocation Graph like this:

I search through Visio. It seems that it does not have the right symbols.

Please recommend a GOOD software that can draw the above diagram and other computer software diagrams.
