Hi Team,
We have installed EDQ (12.1.3) application multiple times on different instances (UAT01, UAT02, UAT03,......) in Single server. After the recent installation, we are unable to see Tool palette options in the director application for one environment (UAT19). We never faced the issue before. Only change in this installation is that we are using common table space for multiple environments in the same Server. During the previous installations, we used to have individual table space for each instances. As part of an initiative to manage tablespaces, we came up with common tablespace for all the instances.However, after moving to common tablespace, the EDQ application which was installed earlier didn't give any issues and are running absolutely fine for a long time. Please advise us on the above issue.
