Tool: Oracle Report Builder; Running Report on weblayout getting Problem

Hello Everyone,
Am facing an issue in oracle report builder for a couple of days. As the main issue is that when running the report on Web-Layout it moves to the browser (Internet Explorer) but shows the default internet explorer screen. However, I followed all the prerequisites step by step.
