Tool for formatting PL/SQL Code

Hi,

does anybody know a tool that formats my source code and is more flexible than the formatter included in Toad or SQL Developer?
I like the formatters in Toad and SQL Developer, but the problem is, that I can only choose the formatting rules that Toad and SQL Developer offer me. I think that there no way to add own rules.
Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
