Too slow zpool scrub command

Hello,

Please, recently I ran the command zpool scrub on one of the existing pools on our system, but, I can see that the speed is too low. . Can anyone help me how can I earn more speed doing this method or tuning the zfs to obtaining better performance?.

Here is the output of the command: zpool status pool-name 1

Both pools are created using some Luns from the same storage.
