Too large icon on jButton

I have jButton, and I want to place an icon (jpg image) on it.

But, icon size is larger then buttons. Can I somehow predefine size of icon, and to show whole image icon, with with dimesnions of the button?

In other words how can I set dimensions of icon on jButton?
