TOMCAT CONFIGURATION HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I have installed tomcat on a win98 machine on my net work. (ip address 192.168.0.2) i want to access the files of this tomcat server from other machines in the network, through browser. when i am giving 192.168.0.2:8080/index.html its not getting. I am able to ping the machine, what shoudl i do.
