Tomcat and Memory Leak

Hi,

I'm facing a strage memory leak from tomcat server, the mement it starts-up it occupies
around 30 MB, then after a while the memory usage increases more and more, although i'm not running any requests!

JDK: Sun 1.4.0 also tried IBM JDK 1.3.0
Server: RH Linux 7.1 and tried it on 7.2 too

Can anyone help in this regards please!!!
