Tomcat 4.1.27

Hi

I am running with tomcat 3.3.1. I need to install tomcat 4.1.27 on my solaris server. I downloaded the binary files and extracted, Also configured the environment path correctly. But unable to start the startup.sh even after giving the execute permission, every time, it says "not found" error.

could you please help me out.
