TOAD: ORA-00900 Invalid SQL Statement when comparing schemas on Oracle 11g

Does anyone know why TOAD's Schema Compare would throw a ORA-00900 Invalid SQL Statement error when I run the schema compare for two Oracle 11g schemas?
