TOAD give message "Home is Not valid"....

Can anyone help me here. I just installed TOAD on my new machine - which is a 64 bit machine. Also I installed client on that machine.

Following is what is shown by TOAD
Instant Client - 10.2.0.1.0
ORACLE_HOME_NAME: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin
ORACLE_HOME: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin
ORACLE_SID:
NLS_LANG:
SQLPATH:
LOCAL:
C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin exists.
C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin is in PATH.
Client DLL: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\bin\oci.dll
Client Version: 10.2.0.1.0
Home is NOT valid!

It does not show the list of TNS strings - as per the TNSNAMES.ora file (which was copied to C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\NETWORK\ADMIN).

Can anyone help?
