Toad error

Hi,

I don't know if this is a right place to ask this questions? but I can't find any active Toad forum .So I raised this question here. I should fix this error ASAP.

Every 3 min once I got this error

cannot create file "c:/ProgramFiles\QuestSoftware\TOAD\TEMPS|PLSQLSUB.TXT". Access is denied

and I can't even close this error window. I have to end the task to close the toad.

Please help me with this.
