TOAD CONNECTIVITY TO A USER
OS : win xp
db : 10.2.0.4 on sun os
sid:db23
I am trying to connect to a remote database using toad.
Issue : tnsping works
sqlplus user23/pwd23@db23 --> works
sqldeveloper works --> user23/pwd23@db23
tns entries are correct.
Toad I am able to connect user outln/outln@db23 perfectly and able to see the data
when I am trying to connect a user with name : user23 i am not able to get connect thru toad.
even it is not throwing any message also.EVEN after 15-20min
I am able to connect other 2 users on the same db using toad the application users I am not able to get connected./
Task manager shows not responding.
what could be the reason where to check the log on the toad ?
