Hello all of you ,

first i am confuse on which forums i ask about toad,, i want to know that what is toad,,
i search on internet but did not find it,, only www.download.com give me , but that was a old version,,, <<< using oracle 9i and develper 6i >>>

so plz tell me how is get or download the toad and what kind of used of it
