to_timestamp

I have Oracle 10.2.0.1
The sql insert statement as bleow
insert into tasks values(to_timestamp('2010-03-12 08:57:49.140','YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS:FF'));

And it returns as below:
12-MAR-10 08.57.49.140000000 AM

How to get a return value as "*2010-03-12 08:57:49.140000000*"
