It seems like a Contact Field Option does not work in Settings > Field & Views in Eloqua.
The "Contact Field is required" checkbox in Contact Field Options has been checked, but the field does not change to a required field.
(It doesn't work when create new contact)
Contacts are registered without entering in the required field.
How do we make it so a contact is created only when a value is submitted for a required field.
