to install Oracle enterprise manager cloud control 12c

Hello,

I have to implement oracle enterprise manager cloud control 12c on production and dev environment. We are using Oracle database version 10.2.0.5.0 on Linux, Solaris, HP-UX OS. Can I install Enterprise manager cloud control 12c on Windows 7?
Could you please provide me the material to install it? I have downloaded oracle enterprise manager cloud control 12c from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/enterprise-manager/downloads/index.html
