To insert million rows in a table by fetching limited rows

Hi Everyone,

    I am having a task to insert 20 million rows from source table A to dest table B.

But i need to select or fetch 1 million records out of 20 million and commit after every 50,000 rows until i complete all 20 million records.

could someone put light on this.
