To Dos should NOT be mixed up per CIS Division/User Data Access Role

Our customer is looking to separate To Dos by taking into consideration the CIS Division/User Data Access Role aside from the To Do Roles.

For example, customer has 5 Distribution Utilities (DUs) and this will be configured as 5 CIS Divisions, in one CCS instance. Users with Data Access Role set to “Distribution Utility 1” must only search/access/work on To Dos for those Accounts with CIS Division and Access Group set to “Distribution Utility 1”. To Dos should not be mixed up per Distribution Utilities.
