We wanted to raise a potential enhancement for consideration related to the visibility and management of assigned To‑Dos and invite feedback from the community.
Today, once a To‑Do is assigned, it is no longer visible from the To‑Do summary page, and there is limited ability to quickly understand ownership or monitor how long assigned To‑Dos remain open without drilling into individual records. This can make it difficult for teams to proactively manage workload, identify aging items, or intervene when To‑Dos are not progressing.
One possible enhancement could be to expose assignment information (such as assigned user) directly on the To‑Do summary page, allowing for better transparency and operational awareness.
Another idea for consideration could be a monitoring or audit‑type batch process that periodically reviews open To‑Dos—optionally filtered by To‑Do type (for example, Billing To‑Dos). Such a process could evaluate how long a To‑Do has been open or how long it has remained in its current status and help surface or rebalance work when items remain unchanged for extended periods of time.
We’re interested in learning how others handle this today, whether similar challenges have been encountered, or if there are existing features, configurations, or roadmap items that address To‑Do visibility and aging.
We’d appreciate any perspectives or guidance the community (and Oracle) may be able to share.
