to conver '&AMP;' to '&'

Hi,

I want to write a query which could convert '&AMP;', in an attribute to '&' sign.
i have tried to use this query but it asks for inpurt because of '&' sign.

SELECT OFF_NAME_FORM, REPLACE(OFF_NAME,'&AMP;','&') FROM TEST4 WHERE INSTR(OFF_NAME,'&AMP;') > 0
