to call a mail message window in MS Outlook

i had got success in calling a mail message window using the code.
Process p=rt.exec(new String[]{"c:\\program files\\outlook express\\msimn.exe","/mailurl:mailto l@kone.com?subject=Great%20Stuff&CC=linda_stella@france.fr;gopal@oldgold.com&BCC=sundar@indiatimes.com;kirankishore@ashabhonsle.com&body=This%20is%20a%20Message%20from%20Keystone"});
but when i tried it with MS Outlook i get the MS Outlook application also with the mail message window.

so i tried to just call the mailto part only, like
this
Process p=rt.exec("mailto l@kone.com?subject=Great%20Stuff&CC=linda_stella@france.fr;gopal@oldgold.com&BCC=sundar@indiatimes.com;kirankishore@ashabhonsle.com&body=This%20is%20a%20Message%20from%20Keystone"});
but it gives a runtime error stating IOException:CreateProcess.
when i run the mailto part in the command line the mail message windows is opened. what is the problem? any solution to this problem is appreciated
