tnsnames.ora is not created during Installation

Hallo,

some weeks ago, in the hotel, where i work as admin, Oracle did an update from the Fidelio-Software Hospitality Suite8. The Update worked fineand also the clients, we updated at this time. But I know thatt the time will come and I have to install a new client-computer for them. So I tried to install the Hospitality Suite8 on a vm, just to test it and to write a documentation, but it didn't work, I uninstalled it and installed it again - without success. So I took a new vm and tried it again, but it didn't work again... I found out, that the file tnsnames.ora wasn't created at the path: C:\Oracle\12.0.1\client\network\admin. But even when I copied this file to the path, it doesn't work. There appeares always the Error-message: "Database connection failed. Program will terminate."

I wrote an email to 'Hotelconsultingquotes-suite8_de@oracle.com' but didn't get an answer, I also did a call to the Support (2 weeks ago), but got no solution jet. So I hope here is anybody, who can help me...
