Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,
Sorry to bring this subject up again but i'm stuck.I have installed on my computer oracle database, client and developer suite, i copied tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora in network\admin from the same database folder and i was able to connect with the cilent.However with the designer is a problem.I looked it up and i found that there could be a problem with some extra characters so i just re-done the 2 files in network\admin from dev suite directory. Didn't work so i used a trace file.The problem seems to be "construction of local names file failed".I put here the trace log and tnsnames.ora file.Thanks for your help.
