tnsnames in windows 7 xp mode (virtual pc)

I trying to connect in windows xp mode the oracle client is installed (virtual xp mode and windos 7 64), but in xp mode no work

I saw the topics

Discoverer 11G on windows 7 XP mode virtual PC

They say to change environment variable , Is in windows xp mode ?

In regedit (register) I saw ORACLE_HOME is C:\app\XPMUser\product\11.2.0\client_1

Where can I to change to connect in Windows xp and Windows 7 (64)
