tnslsnr.exe craches!?

Hi!

Im using Oracle DB 9.2.0.1 with 9iR2Patch 9.2.0.4 on WinXP Pro. I hav e aproblem with tnslsnr service; still 2 days this service crashes immeditely after i connect to database. It only craches if i use service name.
example:

sqlplus abcd/abcd -> works fine, but

sqlplus abcd/abcd@dev_localhost -> crashes!

I haver reinstalled windows,oracle db but i have this problem again. I have office2003pro, Norton SystemWorks 2004 and any little programs installed. Has anyone an idea? Thanx in advance: Gabor
