TNS setup error in VMware with Oracle 11.2.0.3.0

Having issue with TNS setup.

(/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/samples)

When tried with

>netca

I am getting "port already in use" tried alternate ports but still no luck

>lsnrctl status

Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))

TNS-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

TNS-00513: Destination host unreachable

Linux Error: 101: Network is unreachable
