Hi,
I'm using Reports Builder and Forms Builder 12.2.1.4.0 on Windows 11.
In Reports Builder, I'm trying to CONNECT to a DB (nmdsdev) and getting a TNS Protocol adaptor error (see below). But, from Forms Builder I can CONNECT to that DB with no errors.
My TNSNAMES.ORA is located in C:\Oracle12c\Middleware\Oracle_Home\network\ADMIN and I have ONLY ONE COPY.
Why is it working from Forms Builder and NOT from Reports Builder?
