Tns message in alert log file

Hi,
I am wokring on oracle 11g and linux.We are finding following messages in alterlog files many time ,coming again and again ...
Is there any issue we are facing ...Is that we need to add some more parameters in our sqlnet.ora or other networking files..

Fatal NI connect error 12170.
