TNS Listener Poisoning for Oracle database version 11.2.0.3.0 on linux server

Hi everyone,

Need to know and remediate TNS Listener Poisoning for Database 11.2.0.3.0. How it is done and what are the impact if it is not done. I went through oracle blogs and it says it is bug and solved in 12c database version only. Similarly CPU patches were applied till 2015, does appying CPU patches solves TNS Listener poisoning ? If any one know how it is done and steps would be prefered. Database running on port number:- 1521
