TNS Listener is not started
Hi,
i have installed Oracle 11g R1 on my Windows 7 64 bit.
But after installation TNS listener is not started even i tried to start it manually from services.msc but it is not started. The error message returned from Windows is :
"Windows could not start the OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener service on local computer. Error 2 :The System cannot find the file specified ".
This is the exact error message .Due to this i am unable to work from .NET environment .
Please help what to do ?
One thing i want to say that SQLPLUS editor is opening fine and it is working .
I have successfully created another schema and tables I have done simple stuffs through SQLPLUS even though TNS listener is not started .
So, where is the problem ?
