TNS issue

Hi
I'm trying to create a workbook from discoverer book. No problem to select the tables from the business area, the EUL was created by same account on same server, even same client machine. Then it start showing 'Run Querying' window, and then the error message comes as :
ORA-12157:TNS: internal network communication error.

I double check the TNS File on oracle\ds10g\network\admin which is setup properly, and I have no TNS problem to start the SQL from DS menu.

Any help about this would be very appreciated.
