TNS_ADMIN variable resetting automatically

Hello All,

I installed Oracle client on my machine and defined a TNS_ADMIN environment variable in windows to point to the correct TNS names file on my local machine. But whenever i restart my machine somehow the TNS_ADMIN variable is getting updated and pointing to TNS file on a remote machine, Could you please let me know how to resolve this.
