TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact Unable to connect from Host to 12.2.7

Hello

Just installed a VM 12.2.7 Applications. When I try connecting tho this instance from Windows 10 Host get the following error.

Works fine from the VM machine, no connection issues.

From the Host I am able to ping the VM, able to telnet.

No firewall.

Checked the permission oracle exec.

I am unable to connect using SQLPlus from the Host machine

TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
