Dear all,
all five to ten days we get the "TNS-12531: TNS:cannot allocate memory" error in the listener.log file.
Every time, the system triggers this error for a while again and again, and than the listener dies after a while, and the lsnrctl utility does not response when try to start it.
Sometimes it helps to restart the listener service, but sometimes we need to restart the server.
There is only one listener which serves only one database, and on the database is near then no user traffic, because it is not in production yet (two test users with a few short sessions a per day, and a daily dump export job),.
The database version is 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition One.
The machine is a virtual server with a 64-bit-OS Windows Server 2016 Standard, 16 GB RAM allocated.
