I found the TNS-12518 oracle error from listener and alert log as shown below:
The following is the resource limit information:
The following is the sga information:
I am not really sure what has happened and how to resolve this issue. I just restart the server and everything back to normal. But this problem will happen once for every 2 to 3 months time.
May i know how to troubleshoot and solve this error?
