TNS-12502: TNS: listener Received no CONNECT_DATA from client
after making the change by inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136) problem ,
I shutdown the server and database, later users connect with no problem at least for an hour and after that period appear a message in the lister.log

TNS-12502: TNS: listener Received no CONNECT_DATA from client "and if they can not connect it was succeeded with some users not all;
In alert log not found error message only a trc file with line message (
