/tmp filling up with +~JF* files - OAS version 10.1.2.3

Hi,
Ever since we upgraded our AS from version 9041 to 10123 I have noticed a lot of .tmp files that have names starting with "+~JF" followed by a number.
I am not sure what generates these files, and if I could remove them.

Can anyone shed more light on these files and tell me if these could be removed safely? I would like to know what creates them as well.
