tmadmin could not be loaded

Hi team,

We are facing issue while trying to boot the process scheduler from PSADMIN utility.

We are in application version 9.1 and peopletools version 8.53.Currently we have our UNix process schedulers in AIX server version 7.1 and when i tried to check the server domain status or bootor shutdown the process scheduler from PSADMIN utility it says message: nls 4 cannot open message catalog TMADMIN_CAT .set 1,num 1607 ;check TUXDIR=/app/Oracle/Middleware/tuxedo/tuxedo11gR1. LANG=C Unable to display status,tmadmin could not be loaded.The tuxedo version we are using is Tuxedo Version 11.1.1.2.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 056.No recent changes made in server suddenly when i checked last time i am facing this issue. Request you to please help and correct me if i posted the question in wrong place since i am new and learning phase.

I don't know the PeopleSoft software but what we can see here (if I'm not mistaken) is that:

- client is unable to join application because of security issues = LIBTUX_CAT:1278; perhaps PeopleSoft uses AUTHSVC parameter in ubbconfig with SECURITY other than 'NONE' and this service is unavailable because of restarting servers?

- servers are restarting with "Application initialization failure" message - which means that you should check application logs if there is an error cause there
