Tipping in to a 2540FC problems

I have three 530-3544-01 cables that all seem to be pinned the same on the RJ-45 end. With the lock down and the cable pointing away from me they start with an orange/white wire.

The only RJ-45 to 9-pin serial adapters I have are 530-3100-01. From what I read here:

I need an RJ-45 to 9-pin serial with part # 371-1107-01, but I don't have one. Can someone tell me the pin-outs of this adapter so I can make one? I'm desperate.
