APEX

hello,
i was able to integrate tiny mce with my apex application.
my problem is that if i want to use this feature on a hosted site (like htmldb.oracle.com)
i can't do it since i need to copy the tinymce folder to the webserver directory.

is it possible to use the apex workspace to integrate it.
for example to upload the directory to the static files and then use it from there

is there another option ?
